Our returns policy allows you to return most unused items to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to perishable goods, personalized or customized products, and items marked as final sale. Additionally, any items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Once we receive the returned items and verify their eligibility, a refund or exchange will be processed. Please allow for a reasonable processing time, usually within 7-10 business days, for the return to be completed. We also advise thoroughly inspecting the shipment upon delivery and notifying the delivery service immediately of any damages or discrepancies. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the return shipment is securely packaged to prevent any further damages. Additionally, the customer is responsible for any return shipment charges, including insurance and tracking, to ensure the safe return of the product.
